Job Description

  • Respond to guest reservation inquiries, create accommodation estimates, and follow up via email and phone.
  • Maintain website, reservation software, and OTA listings accurately and up to date.
  • Book service providers according to the needs of staying guests.
  • Handle inquiries and reservations from travel agencies and OTAs via email and phone.
  • Manage guest service billing and payments.
  • Support front desk staff, especially assisting with communication in Japanese.
  • Confirm reservations and transfer revenue to the owner's account using reservation software.
  • Regularly check competitors' offerings and latest deals while monitoring the local market.
  • Efficiently prepare seasonal rates and sales packages to maximize sales.


Required Skills

  • Proficiency in English at a business level or higher, with additional language skills in Chinese or Japanese preferred
  • Basic proficiency in computer operations and Microsoft Office applications, as well as familiarity with tablets, smartphones, and professional email communication
  • Previous experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in customer service-oriented roles
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing guest needs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with RoomBoss or customer relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Possession of a valid driver's license and/or international driver's license
