JOB SUMMARY
As a resort on-site–based Integrated Marketing Manager, this role is not a simple content operator but a hands-on marketing lead responsible for connecting operations directly to revenue.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Plan and execute on-site, experience-driven marketing initiatives (room promotions, events, etc.) to activate resort operations and enhance the guest stay experience.
Plan and manage owned media content for customer communication (website, social media, newsletters, on-site media, etc.).Oversee on-site marketing communication for key events and press visits (inspections, familiarization trips, etc.), ensuring the Seoul HQ brand guidelines are implemented accurately and consistently on site.
Annual marketing planning & executionPlan and execute annual and seasonal room promotions and events, collaborate with Sales and Revenue Operations teams on implementation and performance management, prepare quarterly and annual sales and marketing performance reports.
Manage and execute the annual marketing budgetOwned media & content management
Plan and manage content for website, social media, BGM, and in-house digital signage. Develop and manage an annual newsletter content calendar and distribution. Monitor performance by channel and propose optimization and improvements
Event and media on-site support
Support on-site marketing and PR operations for key resort events. Host and manage on-site media, influencer, and partner visits, including inspections. (Coordinate strategic key messages in advance with the Seoul office)
Brand content quality management
Produce and review online/offline marketing assets (collateral and content) to ensure brand alignment. Ensure strict adherence to brand tone and manner and brand guidelines
Collaboration with HQ and internal teams
Collaborate and communicate closely with HQ. Work with on-site departments (Front Office, Concierge, F&B, etc.) to ensure strong execution
Coordinate with marketing/design agencies and manage timelines
Collaborate with local partners, tourism boards, and media in Niseko/Hokkaido
Provide on-site support for global PR activities led by the Seoul office
Support marketing for retail items and brand collaborations
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum of 6 years of marketing experience, experience in hotels, resorts, luxury brands, or lifestyle brands preferred, hands-on experience in digital marketing and managing online/offline campaigns required.
Experience in marketing to global and/or international clientele preferredBachelor's degree required preferred majors:
Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, Communications, or related fields
Professional-level written and spoken English.
Keen awareness of emerging social media trends.
Ability to work effectively under time constraints and deadlines.
Ability to communicate clearly and kindly with coworkers, the public, guests, and vendors.
Prior experience in the field of hospitality industry preferred
Business-level Japanese proficiency and Chinese is a plus.
Work experience in Japan and strong understanding of Japanese culture and market
Ability to use basic design tools such as Adobe and Canva
Candidates with relevant work experience in Japan
A marketer who is stronger in execution and detail than in high-level strategy
Talent who can translate brand experience into reality based on a deep understanding of on-site operations
Strong communication skills to serve as a bridge between HQ and Niseko
