- 現場監督業務を体験
実際の現場にて、先輩社員と一緒に仕事を体験してみましょう
先輩社員と同行をしながら、意見交換を行い、建築や土木の知識のについてはもちろん
杉本組の施工管理の仕事を体験してくださいね
- 振り返り、質問タイム
・設定した目標に対してどのぐらい達成できたか確認してみましょう
・一日を通して気になったことがあればぜひ聞いてくださいね
・仕事のことだけでなく、今後の仕事選びについて等でも大丈夫です

【施工管理職ってどんな仕事?】
- マンション等の工事現場で、チームをまとめて、工事をスムーズに進めるリーダーのような仕事です。
- 工事のスケジュールを管理したり、職人さんたちに指示を出したり、安全や品質をチェックしたりします。
- ただの力仕事ではなく、人とのコミュニケーション力や計画力、ITスキルも活かせる、頭も使う仕事です。
- 最近では、タブレットやパソコンを使って図面を見たり、進捗を管理したりするスマートな働き方が主流になっています。
- 「ものづくりが好き」「人と協力して何かを成し遂げるのが好き」「地元のまちづくりに関わりたい」そんな人にぴったりの仕事です
