「【課長候補】ソリューションアーキテクト(全国フルリモート)」のポジションの求人です

現場のトップとして課の目標設定や進捗管理、部下の育成などに取り組み、課のパフォーマンスを高めることがメインミッションになります。

また上記管理業務と並行して、プリセールスとしてプロジェクトに参画し、お客様への要件・課題のヒアリングをご担当いただく場合もございます。

なお、利用技術はAWS導入(オンプレミスからクラウドへの移行)からクラウドネイティブなサーバーレス開発など多岐にわたります。売上が300億以上の会社の案件がメインとなります。弊社ではエンジニアとしての技術研鑽も行いながら組織マネジメントも経験することができます。

■具体的な業務内容

管理職としてマネジメント業務をしていただきつつプリセールスとして、AWSを活用したシステムの設計や構築を実施いただきます。

お客様への要件・課題のヒアリング

提案書の作成、商談においての技術的なサポート

エンジニア・セールス、その他関連部署との連携

技術に触れていたい等の希望があればエンジニアリング業務を並行して行うこともできます。

■マネジメント人数

8人~10人のマネジメント人数を想定しています。

配属の課によってマネジメント業務、プリセールス業務の割合は異なります。

新しい生活様式や時代の変化もあり、AWSの導入を検討されるお客様が増え続けています。実際に業績は5年連続で増益しており、2016年度と比較すると約4倍まで成長。このニーズ・期待に応えるべく、エンジニアの増員を行ってきました。この度組織拡大に合わせて課の増設を検討し、その課をマネジメントしていただく方を募集いたします。

・ミッション:エンタープライズ企業への主に新規顧客へのクラウド導入、新技術領域の販路拡大

・メンバー構成:部長1名、課長5名(営業課1+技術課4)、課員約80名

SIerでのマネジメント経験

AWS、Azure、Google Cloudいずれかのクラウド取り扱い経験

【給与】

年収 750 ~ 1200 万円

フレックスタイム制もしくは専門業務型裁量労働制(1日9.25時間)

※定時労働制の所定就業時間10:00~19:00に準じ各自が決定(休憩1時間)

残業は平均12時間程度、裁量労働制の場合は残業超過分の割増支給はありません

なお、経験・スキルに応じて変動の可能性があります
