<職務内容>

e-POWER・EVの運転性、動力性能開発担当

電動パワートレインの運転性、動力性能開発を行い車両の性能、品質、コスト目標の達成に貢献します。具体的にはお客様の使われ方や期待値から車両目標を論議決定し、お客様のユースケース・機能割付け・実現手段をシステムズエンジニアリングの視点で定義します。その実現のために部品担当者、他システム担当者などと連携しながら設計及び検証し、競争力のあるシステムを開発する役割になります。

マネージャー、チームリーダー、担当層の構成で40名以上のチームで開発を行っています。運転性、動力性能に関わる関連システム、部品開発部署は多岐に渡り多くの人達との交流が出来、広い知識が身に付きます。またチームはベテランから経験の浅いメンバーまで在籍しており、様々なレベルで自由に技術論議出来る環境にあります。

年収レンジ:月次給( 参考値 )

230,000円~439,000円

※経験・専門性を考慮した上で総合的に確定いたします

・月次給×12か月分+ 賞与(目安値)

・賞与金額は参考値であり、実際の支給時期、金額、支払い条件等については都度決定されます。

※残業手当等、従業員賃金規則に基づき、別途支給
