仕事内容
まちづくりコンサルタント(ポテンシャル)【都市計画に強みを持つ建設コンサルタント/愛知】
【仕事内容】
設立100周年を超えた都市計画に強みを持つ建設コンサルタントで【まちづくりコンサルタント】の募集です。
育児休業制度やノー残業デーを設けたり、私生活を大切にしながら従事することが可能でございます。
同社の名古屋支社にてまちづくりコンサルタントとしての業務をご担当いただきます。
【具体的には】
- 都市計画技術者
都市計画マスタープラン、立地適正化計画などの計画立案、都市計画手続き支援、住民等合意形成支援まで総合的なコーディネートを行います。
※ご自身の経験してきた職種、または経験を活かせる職種にて勤務していただきます
- 区画整理技術者
事業計画:設計図や資金計画の検討を行い、事業計画書を作成します。
換地設計:土地の地形や形状を改善し、再配置から登記までを行います。

【年収】450万円~620万円(25歳~40歳:例)【月収】32万円~44万円(25歳~40歳:例)※経験、年齢等を考慮のうえ同社規定により優遇します。※残業代は残業時間に応じて別途支給いたします。※通勤手当全額支給、時間外手当、役職手当、資格手当などあり。昇給 年1回(7月) 賞与 年2回(6月、12月)
