海外工場を含めた生産戦略、生産管理、物流管理といった業務になります。具体的には、お持ちのスキルやキャリアに応じて、以下のいずれかの業務をご担当いただきます。
- 生産戦略企画、中期計画、利益・体質改善活動の策定と実施
- 関係部門との調整を含めた製品/部品の生産計画、発注計画の策定と実施フォロー
- 工場内外における生産性向上活動の企画立案と実施
- 製品及び部品物流に関連する効率化計画立案・調整・実施
- 企画書に基づいた新製品立ち上げ、移管の支援
- コストダウン活動の推進、総原価管理体制の強化
- 生産管理システムの問題点の分析と改善
<やりがい>
製造業の基本であるモノづくりをサポートする業務であり、生産現場に非常に近い業務から全世界の生産戦略を策定するといった業務まで幅広い業務があり、自分にあった仕事を見つけることができます。

<募集背景>
キヤノンのプリンティング事業の内、生産のほとんどを海外で行っているインクジェットプリンターの生産統括部門がキヤノン矢向事業所にあります。
生産統括管理部門の役割は生産工場のQCDの統括です。世界のどこで作っても同じ品質となる生産体制、スリムで強靭な生産体制、最適な生産配分、工場配置を実現し、
低コストで高品質の製品をタイムリーに効率よく生産し、お客様に届けるためには最高の技術、技能だけではなく、最高の管理力が必要となりますが、
矢向事業所では管理要員が不足しております。最高のモノづくりのために、多くのメンバーと関わりながら生産を先導する推進役として、

- 必要な経験/スキル
・Excel、PowerPointによる資料作成経験
・多岐にわたる部門間の調整経験
・下記いずれかの実務経験
- 工場における生産管理の実務経験
- 生産管理に関連するシステム運用の実務経験
- 配車管理等の物流部門での実務経験
- IE手法を用いた業務改善経験
工場生産部門における補佐的業務の実務経験

勤務時間詳細
実働時間:1日あたり7時間30分
平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日
8:30~17:00
※事業所によっては8:00~16:30または9:00~17:30
(休憩時間1時間00分、所定労働時間7時間30分)

当社では、「生産性向上」と「ワーク・ライフ・バランス」の双方を推進し、時間外労働の削減や有給休暇の取得を促進しています。

基本給:月給 24万円 〜 70万円
固定残業代:なし

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし
※上限月給は参考値(年収を12で割った数字)
時間外手当は別途支給します(管理監督者として採用の場合は除く)。
入社時の処遇(基本給・賞与)はみなさまの経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規程により決定します。
具体的な金額は、採用選考合格後に採用内定通知書にてお伝えします。
昇給:年1回
賞与:年2回(6月・12月)

1000万円/入社1年目 エンジニア(月給63万円+賞与+各種手当 ※残業手当は除く)
400万円/入社1年目 エンジニア(月給23万円+賞与+各種手当 ※残業手当は除く)
