Job Description:

- Organizing safety activities information
- Analyzing causes of incidents, trends in injuries, and developing and implementing countermeasures
- Managing progress of actions and reporting

- Reviewing and streamlining operations for efficiency, systematization
- Creating manuals
- Supporting projects
- FC Safety Activities
- Collaborating with the Site Safety Team on safety activities
- Coordinating safety management on-site and with related departments within the FC
- Investigating and analyzing workplace accidents, implementing corrective actions
- Conducting safety inspections and verifications for changes in work procedures and environments
- Implementing internal safety activities and education (safety education, safety promotion, creating/posting posters, utilizing communication tools to measure workplace safety)
- Compliance with various regulations, support for audits
- No prior experience required
- Opportunity to learn about order processing, inventory management, and Amazon's unique logistics systems through safety activities
- Potential for career advancement to Safety Promotion Manager
- Shift-based schedule with 10 days off per month, which may include consecutive days off depending on the shift (working hours 9:00-18:00, 120 annual holidays); night shifts may be required during sale periods or training
- Possibility of relocation with company-funded moving assistance
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of work experience
- PC skills (proficiency in Windows Office applications including Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook)
- Business-level proficiency in Japanese
