デイサービスの店舗管理責任者
入浴特化型デイサービスで
運営全体を統括する管理業務を
お任せします。
現場と運営の両方に
関わるポジションです。
具体的には…
□サービス内容の管理対応
□ご利用相談と利用判断
□ケアマネへの報告訪問
□スタッフ育成と面談対応
□数値管理など運営管理
□制度対応や現場介護

□夜勤・宿直・オンコールなし
突然の呼び出しはありません。
8時30分~17時30分のみの勤務で

□普通自動車運転免許(AT限定OK)

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥310,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥80,000(45時間相当分)を含む。45時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。
