  • 【仕事内容】

    既存のお客様を定期的に訪問し、関係づくりを大切にした営業業務を行います。

  • 主な業務内容

・既存顧客への訪問・顧客管理

・注文の受付・内容確認

・集金業務

・オーダーメイド商品の社内在庫管理

・お客様からのご要望・相談のヒアリング

※目標はありますが、ノルマはありません。

数字に追われる営業ではなく、お客様との信頼関係を重視した営業です。

オーダーメイド商品が中心のため、やる気次第で幅広い業務に取り組めます。

経験豊富な開発部隊と連携し、お客様と一緒に2~3か月かけて"世界に1つの商品"を作り上げていくやりがいがあります。

※状況により少量の納品業務をお願いすることがあります。

※移動は、社用車を使用(AT限定可)します。

※月1回程度、5日間ほどの出張があります。

    ・座学研修で商品・業界を学ぶ

    ・先輩同行(約2週間)※不安があれば同行期間を延長

    ・少しずつ担当を引き継ぎます(約30~35社)

    いきなり一人で営業に出ることはありません。

    営業や食品業界が初めての方でも、先輩同行や社内サポートがあるため安心して始められます。

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日 〜 22日

8:00~17:00(実働8h・休憩1h)

※残業:月27h程度

※繁忙期は残業が多いです(月末前後、GWや夏休み及び年末休み前)

週休2日制(隔週土曜日+日曜日)

給与詳細


基本給:月給 30万円 〜 37万5000円

固定残業代:あり

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:あり

月給300,000円~370,000円

※固定残業代41h・6~7.5万円分を含む、超過分は別途支給

※給与は経験・能力により決定します

  • 家族手当あり(2000~4000円)
  • 住宅手当あり(5000~1万円)
