仕事内容
総務【大阪】株主総会対応や固定資産管理などをお任せ/創業84年の高機能樹脂製品の開発型メーカー
【仕事内容】
高機能樹脂商材中心に幅広い業界向けに事業展開する同社の総務職として、以下のようなバックオフィス業務、各事業所の総務との連携をお任せいたします。
【具体的には】
- 定時株主総会
- 固定資産管理
- 契約書などの書類管理
- 就業規則、社内規定の策定と改定(勤怠管理なども含まれます)
- イベント企画
- 庶務業務
- 福利厚生(健康診断・ストレスチェック・資格管理・慶弔時対応、社宅管理、保険関係など)
- 備品管理、発注、広報

年収:400~520 万円 月給制 基本給:260000円残業代:全額支給 変動手当:家族手当 通勤手当:あり 実費支給(上限なし) 賞与:あり 年2回(実績:3.5ヶ月) 昇給:あり 年1回(4月)
