【仕事内容】

同社は、全社的なAI活用基盤(LLMプラットフォーム)の設計・開発を行います。

主力事業を皮切りとした全社コア業務のAIネイティブ化に向けた技術実装、

部門を跨いで利用可能な共通コンポーネントの設計、および堅牢なアーキテクチャの構築も行います。

また、AIエージェントおよび高精度RAGシステムの具現化、

全社員の生産性を非連続に向上させる自律型エージェントの開発、

精度評価パイプラインの構築と性能最適化も担当します。

ビジネスサイドとの共創による要件定義・プロトタイピング、

組織全体のAI活用能力を高める技術支援も行います。

【具体的には】

・ 全社的なAI活用基盤(LLMプラットフォーム)の設計・開発

・ 主力事業を皮切りとした、全社コア業務のAIネイティブ化(BPR)に向けた技術実装

・ 部門を跨いで利用可能な共通コンポーネントの設計、および堅牢なアーキテクチャの構築

・ AIエージェントおよび高精度RAGシステムの具現化

・ 全社員の生産性を非連続に向上させる自律型エージェントの開発

・ 精度評価パイプライン(Eval)の構築と、推論効率・コストを意識した性能最適化

・ ビジネスサイドとの共創による要件定義・プロトタイピング

・ 経営課題を技術仕様へ翻訳し、AIオペレーションマネージャーと共に最短で検証サイクルを回す

・ 組織全体のAI活用能力を高める技術支援

【求める人材】

・ Pythonを用いたWebアプリケーション開発経験(3年以上)

・ FastAPIなどのサーバサイド開発・運用経験

・ LLM活用の実務実装経験

・ OpenAI/AnthropicAPIのfunctioncalling/JSON制御を用いた開発

・ VectorDB(Pinecone/Qdrant等)を用いたRAGの実装

・ AIエージェント開発経験(Difyやn8nなど)、ならびにAIコーディングツールの高度な活用スキル(ClaudeCode/OpenAICodex/GeminiCLIなど)

・ BigQuery等の大規模データ基盤の利用経験

【給与】

年収700~1100万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
