入居付け営業を通して、不動産のプロフェッショナルを目指しませんか

収益不動産において生命線となる「入居付け営業」をお任せします。

家賃収入によって資産を形成する不動産投資において、

入居付け営業は収益の「生命線」となる、重要な仕事です。

リーシング、賃貸管理を入り口に、

仕入れや売買等の業務に携わっていただくことも可能です

(ジョブローテーション及びキャリア申告制度あり)。

土地・建物の仕入れから企画、設計、建築、リーシング、コンサルティング、売却、賃貸管理まで一気通貫して自社で行い、

「オーナー様の利益の最大化」を全部門が一貫して追求しています。

【具体的な仕事内容】

  • リーシング(入居者募集営業)

賃貸仲介業者様と良好な関係を築き、空室を素早く解消するための営業活動を行います。

丁寧且つスピード感のある対応と、「仲介業者様や入居者にいかに選ばれるか」を戦略的に考え行動します。

※ジョブローテーションにより将来的には仕入れ営業や、コンサルティングの業務を

担当していただく可能性もあります(キャリア申告制度あり)。

リーシングを担当する部署への配属となります。

ご経験をお持ち方はそのキャリアを活かして業務を行い、

未経験の方は不動産についての知識や経験を身に着けていただききます。

ご経験を積まれた後は、その部署でスペシャリストになる道もありますし、

コンサルタントや建築請負営業など、不動産の資産運用について幅広く業務を経験する道もあります。

  • 固定残業代(45H):70,515円~117,810円 ※固定残業分超過の場合は別途支給
  • 賞与前払手当 :36,885円~65,290円

平日・土日祝:9:00~18:00(休憩60分)
