【仕事内容】

【職務内容】

株式会社Lupinusはコンサルティング事業を展開しております。

金融、通信、小売り等を中心とした様々な企業の企画部門、事業部門、

デジタル部門等をカウンターパートとしております。

クライアントの課題解決やビジネス変革をリードし、新規事業戦略立案、

機械学習や生成AIを用いたビジネス改革支援、データ基盤の高度化支援などを行います。

システム構築を行うプロジェクトは一切なく、原則としてクライアントとの直接契約に基づき、

コンサルタントとして主体的に提案を行うことが求められます。

【具体的には】

・ 新規事業戦略立案

・ 機械学習や生成AIを用いたビジネス改革支援

・ データ基盤の高度化支援

・ クライアントとの直接契約に基づき、コンサルタントとして様々な提案を主体的に行う

【求める人材】

【必須】

・ 経験スキルテクノロジーに関する専門的知見知識に対する習得意欲

【歓迎】

・ コンサルティング経験

・ 統計や機械学習の業務活用経験

・ 生成AIの業務活用経験

・ クラウドを活用したデータ基盤の構築経験

・ Hadoop、Spark等の分散処理基盤を活用したデータパイプラインの構築経験

・ フロントエンド(JavaScript)の開発経験

・ プロジェクトマネジメント経験

【給与】

年収800~2400万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
