・資格手当(一級建築士:25,000円、一級建築施工管理技士:10,000円、二級建築士:10,000円、一級建築施工管理技士補:5,000円、建築積算士:5,000円、宅建士:7,000円ほか多数)

・日帰出張日当(1,500円~)

・宿泊日当(3,000円~)

・役職手当(課長職:75,000円、次長職:90,000円、部長職:110,000円)

・長期出張時帰省交通費 月2回まで

・家族手当(配偶者:10,000円、子1人につき:5,000円)
