【仕事内容】

公共・金融機関といった大手顧客のITシステム運用を改革する「運用DX」プロジェクトで、コンサルタントの業務をサポートするポジションです。実務を通じて専門性を高め、将来はコンサルタントを目指せます。

  • 仕事内容

顧客企業のITシステム運用における課題を解決し、DX(デジタルトランスフォーメーション)を推進するプロジェクトに参画します。ITILに基づいた運用プロセスの改善や、ServiceNowといったITSMツールの導入支援において、ITSMコンサルタントをサポートする役割を担います。

<具体的な業務一覧>

・顧客へのヒアリング補助、アンケート集計、ログ/チケットデータの基礎分析

・提案資料、現状分析レポート、改善後の業務フロー設計資料の作成補助(PowerPoint/Excel/Word)

・プロジェクト会議の運営サポート(アジェンダ作成、議事録作成、タスク管理)

・ITSMツール(ServiceNowなど)の設定やテストの補助

・運用手順書の作成や更新、ナレッジの整理・蓄積

・導入後の定着に向けたトレーニング資料の作成や実施補助

  • まずは先輩コンサルタントの指示のもと、資料作成やデータ整理といったサポート業務からスタートします。プロジェクト全体の流れを理解しながら、少しずつ専門知識を身につけていくことが可能です。
  • 入社後の教育・キャリア

先輩コンサルタントがOJTで丁寧に指導します。社内にはコンサルティング手法に関するテンプレートや過去のナレッジが豊富に蓄積されており、いつでも参照可能です。また、ITIL v4 Foundationなどの関連資格取得を支援する制度も充実。まずはアソシエイトとして実務経験を積み、将来的にはアナリスト、そして顧客の課題解決をリードするITSMコンサルタントへとキャリアアップを目指せます。スペシャリストだけでなく、マネジメントへの道も選択可能です。

【応募資格】

職種未経験歓迎

・IT領域における何らかの実務経験、もしくはそれに準ずる知見(例:運用、基盤、アプリ開発などに関する基礎的な理解)

・議事録や提案資料、手順書といったドキュメントの作成経験

・基本的なPCスキル(Excelでの集計・関数利用、PowerPointでの資料作成など)

  • 必須ではありませんが、ITIL関連の知識・資格、ITSMツールの利用経験、PMO/アシスタント経験がある方はなお歓迎です

【勤務時間】フルフレックスタイム制(1日の標準労働時間7時間30分・休憩1時間)

時間外労働の有無:あり/月平均20時間

【給与】

400万円〜600万円

年俸制 年俸の1/12を毎月支給 月額300000円〜 基本給225000円〜記載年収はあくまで目安となり、ご経験・現年収・選考状況によって変動する可能性がございます。

月額=月額基本給+固定残業代(月30時間分として75000円以上/超過分別途追加支給)
