給与詳細(年収例)・手当


※基本給:276,539円~304,193円

※法定労働時間・週44時間適用事業所につき、法定内時間残業代は基本給に含みます。

※法定外時間残業代は最大13時間程度発生する場合がございますが、該当残業に対しては法定割増賃金を支給します:23,450円~25,795円

※基本的に13時間を超える残業はございませんが、13時間を超える法定外時間労働分についても法定割増賃金を支給します。

※給与は、経験・能力を考慮の上、当社規定により決定します。

※試用期間3ヶ月:期間中、月給250,000円~・実働8時間15分

・昇給:年1回

・賞与:年2回 ※年間基本給の200% (上限)業務出来高・会社業績による査定あり

【手当】

・通勤手当:上限20,000円/月

・役職手当:40,000円/月
