テレビなど見ていて、たまに映り込むスタジオの上の方に吊り下がっているスポットライトをご覧になったことはありますか?

劇場の演劇が行われている時の色々と目まぐるしく移り変わる照明をご覧になった事は有りますか?

大きなライブなどのテンションの上がる照明効果を体験した事は有りますか?

私たちは、その様々な演出照明を取り付け、設置する工事、メンテナンスを行なっています

照明は、そこに訪れる人々の気持ちを高めたり、興奮させたり、感動させる効果をもつものです。普段のよく目にする一般の照明とはまた違った意味合いを持つスポットライトなどの演出照明。また違った電気工事を行います。特殊な電気工事を学んでみませんか?人の心を動かす演出照明はきっとやり甲斐がある仕事だと思います

【具体的な仕事内容】

電気工事

・LED制御盤、調光器盤などの大元の電気設備の設置

・空中にスポットライトなどを吊るすフライダクトなどの取り付け設置

・大元の電気設備からスポットライトなど端末設備までの電路の設置、取り付け、電線の敷設

・大型の照明器具の搬入、取り付け設置

・全ての照明を一括して操作する、調光操作卓の設置、調整

など、演出照明の全てを一括して工事します優しく、楽しく技術をレクチャーします

メンテナンス

・照明器具の清掃

・電線の結束箇所の接続確認

・照明操作卓、また他の照明操作箇所の動作確認

・照明制御の通信確認

・各箇所の電源部の電圧の確認

などを行います。メンテナンスは稼働している設備での作業になりますので、比較的綺麗な場所の作業になります。

勤務時間・曜日:

実働時間:1日あたり7時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり20日〜23日

勤務時間:基本8:00〜17:00(午前、午後30分ずつ休憩、お昼1時間休憩)

出勤曜日:月曜日〜金曜日

休暇・休日:

完全週休二日制(土曜日、日曜日)

土日、祝祭日はお休みですが、出勤になる場合もあります。事前にお伝えしますので、出勤 できるか出来ないかを教えてください。出勤する場合は休日手当、または他の日に代休という形になります。

大型連休

大型連休も同じように出勤になる場合があります。他の日にずらして休暇を取っていただくか、カレンダー上祭日である場合は休日手当という形を取っていただく場合もあります。

育児休暇や、その他の休暇

正直なところまだ取り入れておりません。まだ私の会社も立ち上げて一年余りですので今後取り入れていけたらと思っております。

その他の急な休暇

ご家族の病気や、学園行事などの都合も遠慮せずご相談ください。有給休暇という形などで対応させて頂きます。

また、ご自身の趣味のイベントなどでここは行きたいというような場合も事前にご相談ください趣味を持つ方を応援します(例えば推しの年一のライブやイベント、スポーツ観戦など)

勤務地:

年1、2回程度の出張現場がある場合があります。地方の公民館や劇場が対象です。一週間ぐらいの時もあれば、1ヶ月の時もあります。出張手当がつきます。

給与:

基本給:22万円〜

残業代:1日の勤務時間7時間を過ぎてから(8:00開始なら17:00から、9:00開始なら16:00から)

賞与:年2回予定

昇給:年1回(仕事に対する取り組み方、能力の上昇によって金額を定める)

交通費:全額支給

皆勤手当:1万円(事前連絡のある場合、病欠等は除く)

家族手当:扶養家族1人につき1万5千円

資格手当:第二種電気工事士取得1万円、第一種電気工事士取得で2万円に昇格 一級電気施工管理技士2万円

・その他の手当も考慮中

給与・報酬: 220,000円 (月給) 以上
