仕事内容


釣り具店にて販売スタッフの業務全般をお任せします。

具体的には、

お客様の接客をメインに、売場への品出しや在庫の確認、値付け、発注業務など。

お客様の釣りに関するお悩みを解決したり、

目的に合わせた商品をオススメしたり、お探しの商品を見つけてきたり…

あなたの目線で釣りの魅力を伝えてください

慣れてくれば売場担当としての業務もスタート。

バス釣り、ルアー、船釣り、磯釣り、淡水、エサ釣り、アパレルなど

様々な釣種の売場がありますが、一つずつ覚えていけば大丈夫

好きな釣種や希望の売場があれば最大限考慮します。

その他にも店内で行うイベントの企画運営や、

店内に掲示する商品POPの制作(手書きやPCで制作します)、

SNS更新、メルマガ配信など、様々なお仕事をお任せしていきます

<入社理由>

入社前から「つり具のブンブン」をよく利用していて、店員さんの明るい挨拶と丁寧な接客が印象的なお店でした。

趣味である「釣り」を仕事にしたいこと、お客様に寄り添って釣りのサポートができること、釣り具の販売ができること、数ある釣具店の中でもブンブンが1番接客が丁寧だと感じたことが入社を決めた理由です。
