【具体的な仕事内容】

当社の「総務グループ」に配属していただき、バックオフィス業務全般をお任せします。

幅広い業務がありますが、事務部門での経験経験をお持ちであれば、業務は丁寧にお教えするのでご安心ください。

  • 総務業務

・会社の運営に必要な年間行事の進行や準備、資料作り

・車輛管理(メンテナンスリース契約管理、付帯品契約管理、車検時期の通知、保険関連等)、安全運転管理

・損害保険、生命保険、契約管理

・与信管理、取引契約や約款の確認

・株式管理

・採用求人活動

・社屋設備管理、防火管理

・社内システムの管理、社内PC・ネットワークのヘルプデスク窓口

・その他全般の統括

  • 経理業務

・仕訳、伝票起票

・決算書や試算表の作成

・資金繰りや財務管理

※試用期間3ヶ月あり(同条件)

  • 月収29万円〜(残業月10時間程度)

年収例:1年目 450万円
