Description

As a Scientific Expert in the field of blood tumors, you will be the primary contact point for customers, building relationships and leading medical activities. Responsible for handling products in the area, preparing for the launch of new products, and maximizing product value after launch through disease and product awareness activities.

• Establishing relationships with external customers (Key External Experts, KEE)
• Engaging in discussions with KEE based on the latest medical and scientific information to gather and analyze insights into unmet medical needs and insights in the relevant area
• Providing explanations on disease, pathology, and product value based on evidence in the relevant area
• Reactively providing evidence-based information from a scientifically neutral position to questions about pre-launch products (unapproved drugs, off-label uses of approved drugs)
• Planning and operating Scientific Exchange Meetings (SEM) from a scientifically neutral position

Supporting the implementation of events organized by the medical team (Advisory Board Meetings, medical booth activities), consulting on physician-led research, and medical consultation on academic presentations and paper writing.

■ Qualifications (Experience & Skills, etc.)
【Experience】

• At least 3 years of work experience in a pharmaceutical company
• Experience in the field and products related to blood tumors
• Experience in building relationships with external customers (Key External Experts, KEE)
• Experience in activities such as project leadership, organizing events like lectures and product briefings, Non-Interventional Study (NIS), Real-World Evidence (RWE) research, basic research, clinical trial operations, and writing academic papers in English

【License】

Holds a degree in a scientific field. A scientific background is a must for external candidates and nice to have for internal candidates.

Qualifications in medicine, pharmacy, nursing, doctoral degree, or master's degree.

【Language】

Japanese: Native level
English: Proficiency in reading medical papers in English without difficulty, TOEIC score of at least 700, and business communication capabilities in English

• Capable of remote meetings with customers
