未経験入職のスタッフが増えている今、

残業は月10時間ほど/年間休日122日

【仕事内容】

病院・クリニックでの

受付対応や院内事務のご経験を活かし、

受付・病棟サポートを中心とした

事務業務をお任せします。

現在は未経験からスタートした

事務スタッフも在籍しており、

日々の業務を支えながら、

現場をスムーズに回していく役割を期待しています。

主な業務内容

・受付・窓口、電話対応

・患者情報の入力、書類作成(電子カルテ)

・患者様のご案内、病棟での事務サポート

・各部署との連携、簡単な庶務

※受付・院内対応が中心のため、

院内を動きながら対応するお仕事です。

(受付/病棟クラーク/院内事務/医療事務補助等)

※2年以上あれば尚可

・PCの基本操作ができる方(Word・Excel)

※学歴不問

医療事務資格・レセプト経験は必須ではありません

受付は20~50代スタッフ5名が活躍中

【給与】

\経験・前職の給与などを考慮し決定します/

▼月給:215,000円 ~ 318,000円

・基本給:200,000円 ~ 300,000円

・時間外手当全額支給:15,000円~18,000円ほど

※月平均残業時間 10時間程度

※月間所定労働時間 162.8時間

▼想定年収:約 258万円~381.6万円(各種手当含む)

昇給:年1回(5月)

8:30~17:30

※実働8時間/休憩60分
