税理士・社労士・行政書士・保険代理店・M&Aなど、経営に関わる全てをトータルでサポートするスズカパートナーズグループの一員として、経営者や人事担当者に寄り添い、人と組織に関わる支援を行っています。

通常の労務相談に加え、給与計算のアウトソーシングやクラウドサービスを活用した社会保険手続きの効率化、助成金の活用、人事労務業務のDX化など、 顧客の課題を多角的に解決へと導きます。

新規の依頼増加による業務拡大に伴い、社労士・社労士補助として顧客対応、給与計算、社会保険手続きを行うスタッフを増員募集。

経験が浅くても、前向きに勉強している方や、一般企業での経験を活かしてキャリアアップを目指す方、歓迎します。

[仕事内容]

顧問先企業の労務支援全般をお任せします。

  • 訪問、来社での顧客との打ち合わせ…労務相談、給与計算、就業規則、助成金に関すること等
  • 電話・チャットワーク等での顧客対応…データ納品や給与・手続きに関連する問い合わせ等
  • 月次の給与計算業務…マネーフォワード、freee等を使用
  • 社会保険や雇用保険に関する手続き…オフィスステーションを使用
  • 就業規則、協定の作成…kitera、スマート規程管理使用

その他上記に付随する各種業務。

経験やスキルに応じて入社後1カ月~半年程度は補助業務を中心にお願いする場合があります。

訪問等の打合せは業務に慣れるまで半年~1年程度は上司・先輩社員が同席しますのでご安心ください。

[求める人物像]

<必須条件>

  • パソコンの基本操作できる方(Excel、Word等)
  • 下記いずれかに該当する方

・社労士事務所・社労士法人での勤務経験者

・会計事務所、税理士事務所での労務事務経験者

・一般企業での労務事務経験者(社会保険手続・給与計算等)

・上記に相当する経験をお持ちの方

・社会保険労務士有資格者

・社会保険労務士資格勉強中の方

※希望者は7月、8月に試験勉強のための時短勤務制度有

・営業、接客等の顧客対応経験のある方

[時間]

フレックスタイム制(コアタイムなし)

7:00〜21:00の中で実働8時間

[残業]

繁忙期(4月~7月)に月5~10時間程度発生する場合があります。

[休日]

完全週休2日制(土曜・日曜・祝日)

[休暇]

年末年始休暇、夏季休暇、誕生日休暇、慶弔休暇、産前産後休業、育児休業

年間休日126日

[給与]

月給220,000~300,000円(固定残業代10時間分・16,000~22,000円分含む。超過分は別途支給します。)

※経験や能力を考慮して決定します。

交通費規定支給(月18,000円まで)

[昇給・賞与]

昇給年1回有、賞与年2回有
