[Job description]
Support the design/construction/deployment of support and help desk operations for file sharing systems to be built in data centers in Southeast Asia.
- Support for grasping the current situation/definition of requirements
- Creating and updating current situation survey materials
- Coordinating and implementing interview surveys with stakeholders
- Design support
- Creating operational requirements/requirements definition documents for support and help desk
- Designing a scheme for operational support for support and help desk and creating design documents
- Proposing a POC (Proof of Concept) scenario for support and help desk and creating a proposal document
- Information sharing support
- Support for coordinating and implementing meetings for discussions with stakeholders (including system vendors, users, and overseas)
- Support for coordinating and implementing meetings for presentations to stakeholders
- Deployment support
- Support the development and implementation of POC and operational support work for support and help desk.
In addition, if necessary for customer satisfaction and normal operation of the company, you will perform tasks beyond the scope of your main duties.
Design, build, and maintain a global help desk as a member of a team.
Limitedly substitute and support team leader duties as necessary.
