仕事内容

<レジ釣銭機の修理・メンテナンス業務>

コンビニ・スーパーなどにある自動釣銭機の修理を担当していただきます。

一日中立ち作業で新しい部品を取りに行く、共用の工具等を使う際など歩く場面も多いです。

業務は一人ずつ作業台があり、下記を一人で行います。

[診断]故障した釣銭機の状態を確認し、何が原因かを診断します。

[バラシ]電動ドライバーを使って釣銭機を解体します。

[修理]解体したユニット毎に壊れている箇所の清掃、部品交換を行い修理します。

[総組]修理したユニットを再び組み立てます。

[動作確認]実際に硬貨・紙幣を流して問題なく動作するか確認します。

[梱包・出荷]修理が完了した機材を段ボールへ梱包・出荷エリアへ移動します。

素材は金属とプラスチックで大きさは横100㎝×縦60㎝×高さ30㎝程、重量は15~25kgほどあります。

製品を運ぶ際は台車を使用しますが、台車に乗せる際に持ち上げる必要があります。(2~3回/1日)

しっかりとした研修とフォロー体制もばっちり

手順書に沿って作業を覚えていける環境です。
