仕事内容


立川市柏町にある株式会社ジェイエムの本社オフィスで、経理補助・総務・労務のサポート事務をお任せします。毎月ルーティンとなるメインの業務は、当社の立川営業所に在籍するアルバイト約100名のタイムカード情報や、入退社の手続きなど。個人情報や数値を扱うので"誠実に丁寧に進められる方"であれば大歓迎です。仕事は一つずつ先輩が教えるので、ブランクがある方も安心してスタートできます

<お任せする主な業務>

❖PC入力作業(メイン)

・タイムカードのデータ入力

・請求書作成(対応企業は1社のみ)

・給与計算の補助(弥生給与利用。基本的にはExcel入力中心)

※数字の不一致や不明点は、担当スタッフへ電話・メールで確認します。

❖総務・労務サポート

・入退社関連書類の作成

・社労士さんへのデータ送付

・書類のファイリング・保管管理

❖電話・メール対応

・社労士や取引先との連絡

・社内スタッフからの問合せ対応(内容は簡単なものが中心)

❖環境整備

・備品管理

・簡単な清掃 等



日中は1〜2名体制の静かなオフィス

落ち着いた環境でコツコツ進める仕事が好きな方にぴったり。

特別なシステム操作なし

使うのは「Excel」と「メール(Outlook)」が中心。

難しい操作は不要です。

サポート体制がしっかり

先輩がマンツーマンで教えるので、給与計算や労務が初めてでも安心。

最初は週30〜40hで勤務できる方を歓迎

まずは仕事に慣れていただく期間として確保しています。

学歴・経験・資格不問

*事務経験ある方大歓迎(ブランク・業界不問)

*PCの基本操作(ブラインドタッチ・Excel・Word等、関数やネットワーク関連に関しても多少の知識があると尚嬉しいです)

①9:00~17:00

②9:00~18:00

*基本は上記2パターンで実働7~8h

*ご希望に応じて実働6h~、週4日~の時短勤務もOK

例えばお子さんが小学生のうちは「週4日、実働6h勤務」で、中学生になったら「週5日、実働8h勤務」etc.ライフスタイルに合わせたシフトもこれまで柔軟に取り入れてきました
