仕事内容

賃貸アパートの新築⼯事の案件をプラン図⾯をもとに概算の⼯事費⽤を算出します。

【詳細】

建物プラン図⾯をもとに、外構⼯事費⽤やライフラインに必要な⼯事費、その他諸費⽤を拾い出し概算⾦額を算出する作業です。

現場へも調査へ⾏きます。

⼯事の業者さんに⾒積もりを頂くケースもございます。

【推奨】

- 建築に興味があり経験を積みたい⽅、未経験だけど建築積算をしてみたい⽅、数字を扱うのが得意な⽅

- 建築の設計や施⼯を経験された⽅

  • 積算の経験がある ⽅

  • CADが扱える ⽅(CAD図⾯から数量を拾い出すのに使えます)

第⼀種運転免許普通⾃ 動⾞ 必須

勤務時間:09:00〜18:00
