仕事概要
<所属部門のミッションと展望> 開発室は「出版をシンプルにする」というミッションのもと、テクノロジーの力で漫画業界の効率化を推進し、漫画家と出版社が本来の創造的活動に集中できる環境を構築することを目指しています。具体的には、契約管理から印税計算までを一元化・自動化する"IP管理システム"と、漫画家自身が作品登録から配信、収益化までをスムーズに行える"デジタル配信サービス「ナンバーナイン」"の二つを軸に開発を進めています。 現在はIPO準備に向けたシステムの信頼性向上・ユーザービリティの改善・持続可能な開発体制の構築を重点的に取り組んでいます。 <本ポジションの役割/解決すべき課題> このポジションは、事業成長やIPOに直結する開発組織のコアメンバーです。 「出版をシンプルにする」ために、ユーザーへのヒアリング、要件定義、実装を一貫して担っていただきます。現在の課題は、現行システムの技術的負債解消とIPO準備に向けた信頼性・安定性の向上、ユーザービリティの改善です。そこを一緒に突破してくれる仲間を探しています。 <主な業務内容> ・自社プロダクトの開発・運用 "デジタル配信サービス「ナンバーナイン」"の開発・保守 漫画家向けWebサービスの機能追加・ユーザビリティ改善 ・IP管理システムの開発 書誌情報・権利情報の管理システム開発 売上管理・印税計算・取次連携システムの構築 ・業務効率化のための開発支援 <技術スタック/開発環境> フロントエンド / React / TypeScript バックエンド:Go / Java (SpringBoot) / Rust インフラ:AWS(ECS, RDS, Lambda) / Docker データベース:MySQL ツール:GitHub / CircleCI / Slack / Notion / Figma その他:ConnectRPC / Cucumber <やりがい・おもしろさ> 漫画業界の複雑な構造に技術で挑み、出版プロセス全体をシンプルにする社会的にインパクトのある開発に携われる 単なるコード実装だけでなく、業務プロセス自体を改善する視点から、システム設計・開発の全工程に主体的に関われる "IP管理システム"・"デジタル配信サービス「ナンバーナイン」"の基幹システム開発を通じて、漫画家の創作活動や出版社の業務に直接貢献する実感が得られる エンジニアの数が少なく技術的裁量が大きいため、企画段階から「なぜ作るのか」を考え、自らの提案で開発方針を決められる <所属部門からのメッセージ> 「出版をシンプルにする」をミッションに掲げる開発室において、本ポジションはテクノロジーの力で漫画業界の非効率を解消し、クリエイターと出版社が本来の創造的活動に集中できる環境を構築するための中核を担うポジションです。 私たちは、"IP管理システム"と"デジタル配信サービス「ナンバーナイン」"という二つの柱を軸に進めています。特に、漫画家さんが作品を登録してから配信、収益化までをスムーズに行えるプラットフォームの構築に注力しています。 技術の力で漫画業界の複雑な構造に挑み、出版プロセス全体をシンプルにする そんな社会的インパクトのある開発に、あなたの技術力とアイデアを活かしてみませんか?
必須スキル
・フロントエンドもしくはバックエンド開発の実務経験 ・RDBMSを使用した開発経験 ・Gitを用いたチーム開発経験 ・使用言語やフロント/バック/デザインなどの領域を越境する気持ち

給与
月給:374,000円-560,000円 (固定割増手当40h相当分:89,048円~133,334円) 年収:486万円~728万円 ※決算賞与及び40時間分の固定割増手当含みます ※固定割増手当を超える場合は別途支給します ※最終的な待遇については選考活動を経て決定されます。
