2025年4月時点で、SoC開発組織の発足から1年経過し、様々な専門性を持つ人材が集結しております。
SoC開発において更なる専門性の獲得、組織マネジメント力向上を目指し、専門人材・マネジメント人材を募集しております。
【具体的には】
※ご経験に合わせて以下業務における組織マネジメントやプロジェクトリーディングをお任せします
ソフトウェア・デファインド・ビークル(SDV)の実現に向けた、世界トップレベルのAI性能、省電力を有するカスタムSoCの企画・開発を行います。
将来技術(半導体/AI/ソフトウェア)調査、ユーザーニーズの予測や仮説に基づく、次世代SoCの企画
クルマとしての性能目標値に基づく、SoCの要求仕様書の作成(仕様設計・アーキテクチャ開発(ハード/ソフトウエア))
AI評価とSoC最適化仕様の検討、実設計と検証(機能/論理設計・検証(ハード/ソフトウエア)、物理設計(ハードウェア))
完成したSoCの機能評価/プロセスの構築(実機評価・使いこなし(ハード/ソフトウエア)、各種開発環境構築(ハード/ソフトウエア))
※専門性や適性、会社ニーズなどを踏まえ、会社が定める業務への配置転換を命じる場合があります。

お客様に最新のサービスを最速で届けるSDVを実現するために必要な、"AIを省電力で実行できるカスタムSoC"を開発します。
HondaのAIアルゴリズムを理解し、将来調査・予測もしながら最適なSoCハードウェアの仕様、実設計、検証を行います。
最適なSoCを実現に向けて業務に取り組む中で、最新の半導体の開発だけでなく、半導体開発環境(EDA)および、画像・AIアルゴリズムの組込み、AIソフト開発環境等、様々な技術習得ができることも魅力の一つです。
