職務内容/Job duties
当社のバリュークリエーション・プラクティスはクライアント企業の目に見える価値を短期に創出することをミッションとしています。クライアント企業のビジネスの実態を正しく理解し、どこに価値創出の機会があるのか?その定量的なインパクトは幾らか?どの様にしてその価値を現実のものとするのか?クイックに診断を行い、その後速やかに価値の創出に向けた実行段階に入ります。実行段階においてはアドバイザーとしての立場に留まらず、クライアントとリスクとリターンを共有しながらハンズオンで徹底的な支援を行います。時には自らアクションをリードし、価値創出のその瞬間まで徹底的にクライアントに寄り添うのが我々のプロジェクトスタイルとなります。
- バリュークリエーションの診断:
クライアント企業を取り巻く事業環境や過去実績及び将来計画を精査し利益拡大やCF改善などの価値創出機会を抽出。具体的には売上・粗利改善機会やコスト削減機会などを各種定量分析やEYの豊富なベンチマークデータとの比較、業界プレイヤーへのヒアリング等を通じて抽出し定量化。実行に向けた具体的な施策の策定とその優先順位付けを行う。
- バリュークリエーションのデザイン:
クライアント現場レベルのメンバーを含む実行体制の整備、並びに詳細なアクションプランの策定を行う。
- バリュークリエーションの実行:
策定したアクションプランの着実な遂行を支援。モニタリング機能としてのPMOではなくDriving PMOとして自ら運転席に座り、ハンズオンでアクションを推進。必要に応じてクライアント企業にポジションを貰い内部からアクションを推進する。

応募資格/Qualifications
- 大学・大学院卒
- 以下のいずれかのご経験を有する方
- 戦略コンサルティングファームでの戦略コンサルティング業務のご経験
- 事業再生ファームでの再生業務或いはバリューアップ業務のご経験
- プライベート・エクイティ・ファンドで投資先の業績改善に従事した経験
- 高い語学力(日本語・ネイティブレベル、英語・ビジネスレベル相当以上の方)を有し、プロフェショナルかつ効果的なコミュニケーションが取れる方
- チャレンジのある環境の中で、共同で楽しくエキサイティングに業務へ貢献できる方。
- プロジェクト管理スキル:複数の利害関係者と効果的にコミュニケーションできる能力
- チームの管理および成長を促す強いリーダーシップスキルや能力を持つ方。ハイパフォーマンスチームの構築、育成、指示できる方
- いざという時、自ら手を動かし物事を解決に導ける方
- すべてのエグゼクティブレベルのクライアントと自信を持ってコミュニケーションが取れる方
