眼科医療機器の海外営業マネジャー

職務内容

・海外営業戦略の立案・実行(米国、欧州、アジア、中南米、中東)

・年間販売計画(フォーキャスト)の策定と達成管理

・キーオピニオンドクターとの信頼関係構築によるブランド認知向上

・販売チャネル拡大に向けた新規パートナー獲得、協業モデル構築

・経営陣への進捗レポーティング、他部署との各種調整

・担当製品:視機能評価機

※すでに米国への販売は開始しており、今後世界中に販売展開予定。

応募資格

・医療機器の海外営業経験者

・営業戦略の立案に長けた方

・リーダー・課長などのマネジメント経験者

・英語:ビジネスレベル

※眼科領域の経験は問いません(入社後にレクチャーします)

800万円~1000万円 ※賞与(年2回、2カ月分)を含む
