日本の食文化を未来へつなぐ MD(バイヤー)|事業承継企業の購買・商品戦略をリード

【仕事内容】

本ポジションでは、単なる仕入れ担当ではなく、グループ横断での商品価値を高めるMD業務をお任せします。

  • グループ各社の仕入れ戦略立案・実行
  • 各社の販売戦略や店舗特性をふまえた仕入れ商品構成の最適化

  • 売上・利益に直結するMD視点での買い付け

  • 食品の買い付け/メーカーとの価格・納期交渉

  • 商品の品質・製造背景・価格などを総合的に判断して選定

  • 既存・新規問わず、全国のメーカー・生産者と折衝

  • 現地への産地訪問・商品開拓

  • 実際に産地や製造現場を訪問し、背景や想いに共感したうえで買い付け判断

  • 「顔の見える仕入れ」を通じて、高付加価値商品の発掘も可能

  • 商品評価・販売データの分析/改善提案 選定商品の売上推移や顧客評価をもとに改善アクションを実行

  • バイヤー自らがPDCAを回す文化があります

待遇面(給与・福利厚生など)


【年収・給与】

400万円 ~ 600万円月給制 月給:320,000円~基本給:226,750円~(※ご経験などにより応相談)+固定残業代(月45時間分として83,250円以上)支給。※超過分別途支給※ご経験、スキルにより決定します。
