Candidate Profile

  • Masters degree in Economics, IT, Telecom, Business Administration, Management or Entrepreneurship
  • Excellent language skills – Japanese; outstanding English language skills are also essential
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the Telecom industry
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication capabilities; regular presentations to clients and reports to senior management
  • Successful experience in leadership, negotiations, supervision, and influencing others
  • Charisma, optimism, patience, confidence, and determination in daily work

Your Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage customer needs in the Telecom area for Comarch OSS product portfolio
  • Prepare and conduct presentations and product demos for Executives in the Telecom industry
  • Analyze market trends and identify opportunities dedicated to OSS business
  • Participate in RFI/RFP processes and contract negotiations led by the sales team with support from the legal department
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to generate leads through B2B marketing campaigns and content creation

Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year
