【Your Role】

To reinvent communication and create a society where people care for one another, you'll be designing, implementing, and optimizing multimodal AI systems, primarily focusing on voice, utilizing cutting-edge machine learning models.

You'll also lead the architecture design and implementation of large-scale distributed systems, enhancing their reliability and scalability. You'll build efficient and cost-effective infrastructure by leveraging cloud-native technologies.

Your role involves designing and implementing advanced MLOps pipelines to ensure continuous model improvement and rapid deployment. You'll also build real-time data processing and analytics platforms, contributing to enhanced business intelligence.

You'll collaborate with the next-generation AI R&D team, driving the prototyping and productization of innovative features. Finally, you'll design high-availability and low-latency system architectures with a view toward global-scale deployment.

【 Requirements】

【Required】

3+ years of experience developing distributed systems on cloud platforms (especially AWS)

Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with container orchestration technologies (e.g. Kubernetes)

Experience automating development processes by designing and implementing CI/CD pipelines

Advanced programming skills in Python or equivalent language

Experience with cost optimization and performance tuning

【Preferred】

Experience designing and implementing machine learning systems

Experience working in the field of speech and natural language processing

Experience developing multimodal AI

Experience designing and implementing microservice architecture

Experience designing and implementing serverless architecture

Experience working with large scale data processing technologies (Apache Spark, Kafka, etc.)
