【品川】既存のお客様を中心に、衛生用品やサービスの提案営業を行っていただきます。

★既存顧客対応(約7割)

導入済み製品の使用状況の確認や新商品のご案内を通じて、お客様との信頼関係を築き、継続的な提案活動を行います。

★新規顧客開拓(約3割)

商品サンプルやパンフレットをお届けし、当社製品の認知度向上や衛生意識の啓発を図ります。衛生環境の改善提案も行います。

・手洗いチェッカーなどの学校向け衛生教育ツール

・中性洗剤・漂白剤などの調理器具用衛生管理商品

・衛生管理に関する無形のコンサルティングサービス

【1日の流れ】

【研修・OJTの体制】

入社後は基本OJTにて先輩とマンツーマンで業務や技術的なスキルをキャッチアップして頂きます。また、当社の機器のメンテナンス理解を深めていただくために、大阪にて研修会を実施することがあります。

※経験が浅い方も丁寧にフォローいたします。

普通自動車運転免許をお持ちの方

  • 有形商材の営業経験
  • 食品製造メーカーの営業経験
  • 飲食店向けの営業経験

9:00~18:00

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥260,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥35,000〜¥50,000(20時間相当分)を含む。20時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

給与備考:月額(基本給):225,000円~300,000円

固定残業手当/月:35,000円~50,000円(固定残業時間20時間0分/月)

超過した時間外労働の残業手当は追加支給

賞与備考:7月、12月

昇給備考:4月

固定残業代詳細:20時間分の時間外手当として35000円を支給

通勤手当詳細:会社規定に基づき支給。

家族手当詳細:1子/月18,000円

住宅手当詳細:会社都合による転勤の場合は支給。※上限あり
