人材サービスを提案する法人営業として、

企業の人材ニーズに寄り添いながら、

最適なマッチングを行っていただきます。

◆企業への訪問、ニーズのヒアリング

◆登録スタッフとの面談、勤務先への同行

◆就業後のアフターフォロー

◆営業日報などの各種書類作成

【1日の仕事の流れ/例】

09:00 朝礼、メールチェック

10:00 企業訪問(リスト・アポイントに基づく)

12:00 休憩

13:00 訪問活動再開

16:30 帰社、振り返り、明日の準備

18:00 退勤

新規営業はまず「ご挨拶」がメイン。

顔を覚えてもらう関係構築からスタートします。

既存取引先・アポ済企業が中心なので、

安心して始められます。

勤務時間・曜日:

9:00~18:00(実働8時間/休憩60分)

※残業少なめ(平均月10時間程度)

アクセス:

南森町駅より徒歩2分/大阪天満宮駅より徒歩3分

※車通勤OK

給与:

固定残業代あり:月給 ¥250,000 〜 ¥350,000は1か月当たりの固定残業代¥50,000(30時間相当分)を含む。30時間を超える残業代は追加で支給する。

月給25万円~35万円

※固定残業代5万円(30時間分)を含む

※超過分は別途支給

※交通費全額支給
