【仕事内容】

ドクターネットが保有するデータ(依頼情報/検査画像/読影レポートなど)を機械学習などにより

遠隔画像診断サービスのオペレーション/UX改善に活かす施策の立案と開発をしていただきます。

【具体的には】

・ AI関連のPoC(自然言語処理/画像認識)と実用化検討

・ 医療データ収集パイプラインの設計と作成

・ 医療データを用いた識別エンジンの構築や評価

・ プロダクト/サービスPJのアサイン (スキルセット、キャリアパスを考慮)

【環境】

・ 開発言語 : Python3、 TypeScript

・ フレームワーク : FastAPI、 React、 Next.Js

・ データベース : MySQL

・ インフラ : AWS

・ プロジェクト管理 : Github、 Backlog

・ ソースコードバージョン管理: Git (GitHub)

・ コミュニケーションツール : Slack

・ デザインツール : Figma

【 技術採択方針】

プロダクト毎に最適な技術を選定。必要に応じて新規技術/ツール採用を検討し導入。

【求める人材】

・ 自然言語処理/画像認識の分野で、AI・データ分析プロジェクトでのリーダーまたは主要な役割経験(目安3年以上)

【歓迎】

・ 自然言語処理、画像認識の専門知識

・ MLOps環境の構築経験

・ データサイエンティストとしての業務経験

・ データ収集/アノテーションの業務設計経験

・ DICOMやPACSを扱った経験

【給与】

年収900~1200万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
