~~【業務内容】~~

まずは研修からスタートし、

基礎スキルを身につけた後で以下のようなIT事務案件をお任せしていきます

<具体的な業務例>

・クラウドツール(Salesforceなど)を使ったデータ入力・管理

・社内外への連絡調整・ドキュメント作成

・IT関連プロジェクトのサポート業務 など

単なる事務スタッフではなく、

ITの専門的知見を持つ貴重な人材として活躍することができます

高額なスクールに通わなくても、市場価値の高いITスキルは身につけられます

もちろん金銭的な負担はゼロ給与をもらいながら安心して学べる環境です

1〜2ヶ月: ビジネスマナーやIT専門用語の学習

3〜6ヶ月: 希望コースに応じJavaやSalesforce等の資格取得をサポート

7ヶ月〜: 実践スキルを磨きながら、一人前のIT人材へ

※「早く現場で経験を積みたい」という方は、

習得状況に応じて1〜3ヶ月で早期デビューも可能

実働時間:1日あたり8時間

平均勤務日数:1ヶ月あたり18日 〜 20日

10:00~19:00(実働8時間/休憩1時間)

※プロジェクト先により、多少異なる場合があります

残業は月平均5時間程度と少なめ

東京23区内中心とした関東・関西のプロジェクト先への勤務です

給与詳細


基本給:月給 28万円 〜 40万円

固定残業代:なし

【一律手当】

全員に一律で支払われる通勤・皆勤・家族手当金額:あり

全員に一律で支払われるその他手当金額:なし

月給28万円~40万円+インセンティブ+賞与

※交通費支給(上限月2万円)

※経験・能力を考慮して決定します。

※資格取得手当(IT系資格の受験費用負担)あり

  • インセンティブ制度もあり
  • 新会社のためモデルケースですが、多くて月7万~10万円の支給額を想定しています。

※研修期間中も成果に応じて支給(社内規定あり)

  • スキル次第で年収も働き方も自由

初年度年収想定:350万円~520万円

年収350万円 / 22歳 /IT事務1年目/前職:大学事務

年収520万円 / 28歳 /エンジニア1年目/前職:ヘルプデスク

年収630万円 / 29歳 /エンジニア3年目/前職:Webエンジニア

年収1000万円 / 35歳 /エンジニア5年目/前職:営業
