グループホームこあでは、「日常生活援助」「夜間の見守り」

がメインのお仕事です。

グループホームでは、重労働が少ないうえに自社が運営する福祉施設が

堺市に多数あるため、夜間でも万全なバックアップ体制が可能となり、

介護・福祉職未経験の方だけではなく、介護のお仕事に自信がない方でも、

安心して働いていただけます。

勤務時間・曜日:

15:00 ~ 9:00/週2日勤務~

・早出なし

・夜勤のみ、業務の残業なし

~1日の流れ~

15:00~出社・移動・洗濯物の取り入れ・入浴準備

16:00~入浴軽介助(日勤スタッフの応援あり)

17:00~夕食準備・提供・片付け洗濯(サポート)

18:30~服薬サポート

19:00~支援業務

22:00~翌5:00 2回の夜間見守り支援(自分のタイミングで休憩を取る)

8:30~タブレットでの記録作成

9:00 退勤

※出勤時間に伴い、時間ずれることもあります。

(月1回のミーティングにて、会社とスタッフの方向性をすり合わせる時間も設けています。)
