職務
データセンターのインフラ設備(電力、空調、セキュリティなどの建築設備)の設計、現状施設のアセスメントをリードする役割を担います。
高可用性・高効率な設備環境の維持と、将来の拡張性を考慮した技術的な提案・実行を行います。
主な業務内容:
- データセンター設備(UPS、発電機、空調、冷却システム、BMS等)の設計・導入
- エンタープライズデータセンターの戦略検討(設備投資適正化/外部移転検討)
- 新規データセンターの立ち上げにおける技術支援・プロジェクトマネジメント
- システム導入に必要となる設備工事(電源・通信)の設計・施工管理
- エネルギー効率の改善、環境負荷低減のための施策立案と実行
- 上記業務に関連するベンダーや施工業者との調整・管理
- チームメンバーの技術的指導・育成

自分がどんな人であるか
応募資格:
- 電気・機械・建築設備などの工学系学位(または同等の実務経験)
- データセンターまたは類似施設での設備構築経験(5年以上が望ましい)
- UPS、発電機、空調設備、冷却技術いずれかに関する深い知識
- プロジェクトマネジメント経験
- 日本語での業務遂行能力(英語力があれば尚可)
歓迎要件:
- 施工管理技士(電気/電気通信/管)
- 第三種電気主任技術者、建築設備士などの資格保有者
- データセンター動向への深い知識
- グローバルなデータセンター運用経験
- サステナビリティやグリーンITへの関心・知識
