基本業務
- 学生やクリエイター、ビジネスマン、研究者など立場の異なる人同士をつなげるコミュニケーションをベースにした会員サポート
- 新規利用者へ施設利用説明、見学案内
専門業務
- QWSコンセプトを体現するオリジナルプログラムの運営補助、並びにファシリテーション業務
- WebやSNS等の編集・運用業務
- イベントレポートの作成
- ファブスペース内、工作機器の基本操作やサポートと日常的なメンテナンス

2019年11月に、渋谷駅直結・直上の大規模複合施設「渋谷スクランブルスクエア」の15階に開業した会員制の共創施設『SHIUBYA QWS(渋谷キューズ)(以下、QWS)』。
ビジネスからサイエンス、芸術、カルチャー、社会課題などの多様な分野のプロジェクトチームが集まり「0→1」の社会価値を生み出す新拠点として、注目を集めています。
「問うだけじゃなく、出会うだけじゃなく、生み出すだけじゃなく、世界を変えよう。」
というコンセプトのもと、日常の中の雑多な問いからプロジェクトを立ち上げ、社会や世界を変えるムーブメントの創出に挑戦しています。
多様な肩書きや価値観、バックグラウンドを持つ人が集うQWSにて、会員さんの活動をサポートし、コミュニティ作りを一緒に行っていただくコミュニケーター(アルバイトスタッフ)を募集します
コミュニケーションには「正解」がないからこそ、その都度コミュニケーターとしての"最適"を考え、会員さんが何を求めているか、真摯に向き合っていただきます。
あなたの振る舞いが、QWSを創る一部になるのです。
QWSでは常に4,5名ほどのコミュニケーターが常駐し、
「またQWSに来よう」「もっとQWSを活用しよう」と会員さんに感じてもらえるよう、
館内を媒介し、お困りごとにアンテナをはり、マッチングを行います。
そんなコミュニケーターには、会員さんの活動を時に見守り、
時に喜びを分かち合える、一番のサポーターでいていただきたいです。
勤務時間・曜日:
8:30〜22:30の間でシフト制
※週3以上、1日6〜8時間程度の勤務パターンをご用意しており、希望に合わせて柔軟な勤務時間を選ぶことが可能です。
