全社プロジェクトとして、新システム導入による製造部門のプロジェクト推進を牽引いただくとともに、導入後のシステム運用統括および組織横断的な新体制の構築・強化において中核的な役割を担っていただくことを期待したい。
職務内容
基幹系ERPシステム(生産)のプロジェクト推進および、各事業場への円滑かつ高度な導入支援を担当いただきます。リーダーシップを発揮し、業務最適化と生産効率の最大化に寄与する役割。
経験・スキル <必須のもの>
基幹系ERP(工場もしくはSCM)における導入実績または豊富な実務経験を有し、システムの導入における高度な専門知識を有すること。
経験・スキル <あれば望ましいもの>
・システム導入プロジェクトリーダーまたはPMO経験
・製薬企業の工場サイトでの業務経験
基本的なGMPの理解
・英語能力(コミュニケーションが可能)
資格・身分・行動特性など <必須のもの>
工場でのシステム導入のプロジェクトにおいて、プロジェクトのリーダーまたは小規模組織のチームリーダーとして主体的に推進した実務経験。プロジェクトマネジメントおよびチーム統率の両面において卓越した能力を発揮し、課題解決と成果創出を牽引できること。

工場でのシステム導入のプロジェクトリード
・先見性をもった課題抽出と対応力
・多様なステークホルダーとの高い協調性
・チーム全体の結束とプロジェクト成功に向けた円滑なコミュニケーション能力
想定年収
基本年収600~1000万+各種手当(時間外、住宅手当等)
