【仕事内容】

■配属先 損保システム第三本部 本社開発グループ

配属先の損保システム第三本部本社開発グループ財務システムチームは、当社の親会社である損保ジャパンを主とした、以下のようなのシステム業務を担う部署です。

・金融商品(有価証券、融資、不動産)への投資情報の管理

・ビジネス部門と直接会話し、業務要件から一緒に作り上げていける、エンジニアを募集しています。

・グループメンバーは総勢48名で、配属予定のチームは10名程度で、年代問わず幅広い方々が活躍しています。

■テレワーク(リモートワーク) 週3~4日はテレワークです。

【具体的には】

機関投資家としての損保ジャパンにおける資産運用システムの開発・保守を担当します。

主な業務は下記の通りです。

・次期大規模案件(2028年リリース予定)の全般をリードし、計画に沿って、着実に進捗管理を行うこと。

・オーナー部、チームメンバー、配下ベンダー、関連他社との関係を俯瞰的に把握し、円滑な調整、交渉を担うこと。

・当チームの中堅社員としての成長を目指し、他メンバーの模範となる行動をとること。

【求める人材】

・大規模プロジェクトにおいて、要件定義からリリースまで、プロジェクト全体の進捗管理と品質管理をリードした経験

・開発パートナー企業との連携強化、進捗管理、コスト管理、品質管理を行い、プロジェクトの円滑な遂行と成功に貢献した経験

・オーナー部門や経営層への報告資料を作成し、承認を得た経験

【歓迎】

・応用情報技術者試験以上のIPA資格

・証券外務員資格

・機関投資家の資産運用システムの開発経験

【給与】

年収660~755万円,※職務経験を考慮のうえ決定いたします。
