About this role
This position is responsible for inside sales execution utilizing multiple approaches such as telephone and email to contribute to maximizing Lenovo Japan Commercial Business revenue and profit. Inside sales play an important role in capturing customer needs, generating demand and closing deals with effective approaches which face-to-face sales cannot cover. The successful candidate will collaborate with Lenovo coworkers outside of Japan to implement activities that increase business.Key responsibilities

Must have
- Up to around 15 years of work experience
- 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales in PC or IT industry
- Business-level English (TOEIC 750pts+) with Native Japanese skills

- High communication skills
- Ability and passion to achieve sales target

- Experience in managing outsource staff
