【STEP1】:OJT研修
業務に必要な基礎知識や
安全ルールの共有から
制御装置の役割や業務全体の流れを
先輩スタッフが丁寧に指導します。
【STEP2】:実務スタート
部品や機器の確認、
書類作成や日程調整の補助など
先輩のもとで、簡単な業務から
少しずつお任せしていきます。
【STEP3】:スキルアップ
慣れてきたら、制御装置の検証、
調整業務など技術的な業務にも
段階的にチャレンジOK
あなたのペースで設計内容や
装置の仕組みを理解していきましょう。
