『佐野ゴルフクラブ』ではコース管理補助スタッフを募集致します。

コース内の芝生の管理やバンカーなどの整備をお任せ致します

現従業員の8割は未経験スタッフで未経験の方でも安心して業務出来る環境が整っています

【仕事内容】

ゴルフ場のコース管理補助業務をお任せいたします。

具体的には、

・コース内の芝管理

・芝刈りや草刈り(グリーン・フェアウェイ・ティーイングエリア・ラフなどの刈込み)

・薬剤の散布

・ホールの切り替え作業

・コース内のバンカーや池、樹木の手入れなど

いろいろな道具や機械を使用して、美しいコース作りをしていただきます。

ゴルフをプレーしたことがある方も、ゴルフの知識がない方も大歓迎です

専用機械は資格も必要ありません。誰でも簡単に操縦できるのでご安心ください。

基本的には機械を使用した作業になる為、重労働はそこまでございません。

アメリカンスタイルコースと日本庭園コースという2種類のコンセプトがあるので、

飽きる事なく、お仕事をしていただく事が可能です

※お客様への接客はほぼなしで作業中にすれ違った際に、ご挨拶をいただく程度となります

未経験の方でも他ゴルフ場で経験がある方も大歓迎です

ご入社後は、マンツーマンでご指導させていただきますのでご安心ください。

造園業、整備士、農家、林業、土木など、なかには猟師さんもいらっしゃいます

時給1,200円 ※経験・スキルにより

出流原スマートICから車で5分

現在のスタッフは、佐野市、足利市、栃木市、館林などから勤務されている方、多数

【勤務時間・曜日】

5:00~17:00(シフト制)

上記時間で週2日以上勤務できる方

休憩時間90分/実働時8,0時間

・5:00~14:00

・6:00~15:00

・8:00~17:00など

  • 午前中のみ希望の方などご相談に応じます

【資格・経験】

普通自動車運転免許(AT可)

MTの免許お持ちの方歓迎

資格・経験・年齢不問
