The Role
アクチュアリーアソシエイト/リードアソシエイトは、保険コンサルティングに関するたくさんのプロジェクトに関わります。 コンサルタントのアドバイスを受けながら数理分析の提供だけでなく、チームメンバーによる分析作業のレビュー、レポートやプレゼンテーション作成などを手掛けることになります。
意欲的なメンバーには、APAC(アジア太平洋地域)プロジェクトに参加したり、英語を駆使してグローバルなチームで活躍するチャンスも提供されます。アクチュアリーアソシエイト/リードアソシエイトとしての役割を通じて、異文化コミュニケーションのスキルを向上させ、世界有数のクライアントに向けて専門知識を活かすことで、国際的なキャリアの発展が可能です。WTWは、アクチュアリー分野においてグローバルなリーダーシップと卓越性を発揮するための環境が整っています。経験を積み、より多くの専門知識を得ることで、アクチュアリーコンサルタントとして、日本やAPACで活躍できるチャンスが広がります。
アクチュアリーアソシエイト/リードアソシエイトは、プロジェクトの達成として以下4つの視点で評価されます。
Clients
- クライアントからの問い合わせに対しては丁寧に対応し、良好な関係を構築・維持
- プロセス改善による効率性向上
- プロジェクトマネージャーやコンサルタントの調整役:
Financial
- 年間稼働時間数ターゲットの達成
- 提案書の作成、提案依頼書への対応など、営業・マーケティング活動への貢献
People
- チーム内および部門間での円滑なコミュニケーション
- クライアント/コンサルタントとの柔軟で協調性のあるコミュニケーション
- WTWのサービス・商品を理解し、クライアントに貢献できる機会を見逃さず、臨機応変に社内関係者と連携
Excellence
- 効率的なデータ収集、解析、プロジェクトの遂行
- 専門知識を用いたプロジェクトへの貢献
- クライアントへの説明資料の作成、プレゼンテーションの一部実施
- 社内トレーニングへの積極的な参加
- アクチュアリー試験において着実な進歩

QualificationsThe Requirements
Essential
- 保険会社(生保・損保)における保険数理業務に関連する経験
- アクチュアリー候補生(準会員あるいは科目合格)
- Excel上級、その他Microsoft Officeビジネスレベルの知識
Desirable
- ビジネスレベルの英語力
