仕事内容:

醍醐商業施設で空調設備・電気設備・給排水設備・その他設備機器の運転管理・

監視・点検業務、修繕工事など設備管理業務全般を担当していただきます。

勤務者6名の事業所となります。

アピールポイント:

現状従業員数1,300名の京都地元の管理管理会社です。商業施設やホテル等の施設での設備管理(電気設備、給排水設備、空調設備、消防設備等)の設備点検や法定点検対応、小修繕や改修工事。現場での教育をしっかりさせていただきますので未経験者の方も安心して仕事をしていただけます。また宿直がある現場は次の日明けで帰っていただくため時間を有効に使っていただけます。現在60才定年ですが希望される方は65才まで雇用しており、長く勤務していただけるよう取り組んでてます。

・電検(3種以上)

・ビル管

・電気工事士(1種・2種)

・危険物取扱者

・冷凍機

・消防設備士など

その他資格所持者歓迎します。

勤務時間・曜日:

1ヵ月変形労働勤務 年間 2060h 月間 171h~177h 2月 160h

・9:00~9:00(実働 16 休憩8h)

・9:00~ 18:00(実働 8h 休憩1h)

・12:00~21:00(実働 8h 休憩1h)

1ヵ月変形労働につきその他業務シフトによる時間調整勤務有

休暇・休日:

週休2日制

年間休日107日 月間8~9日

その他業務カレンダーによるシフト勤務

・有給休暇(80%以上の出勤率にて6か月後付与)

給与:

契約社員 月額 220,000~240,000

・昇給 1回/年

・通勤手当(月額35,000迄支給)

・時間外、宿直手当別途支給
