- 会社案内・パンフレット
- 採用動画・PR動画
これらを中心に、
クライアント企業の魅力を一貫したトーンで表現する仕事です。
動画は自ら編集できてもOK、
外注クリエイターへのディレクション中心でもOK。
全体を理解して判断できる経験者であることを重視しています。

【仕事内容】
クライアント企業の「採用」を目的とした
紙媒体・動画を中心としたクリエイティブ制作およびディレクション。
具体的には
- 採用チラシ・会社案内・パンフレット等の紙媒体デザイン
- 採用動画・PR動画の制作、または外注先へのディレクション
- 企画意図・構成整理、制作指示、品質管理
- 必要に応じて、クライアントとのオンライン打合せ同席
※SNSデザインにも関わる場合あり
使用ツール
- Illustrator/Photoshop/Canvaなど
- 動画:Premiere Pro 等(編集できれば尚可)
業務の進め方
- 制作物は案件・月単位で管理
- 素材・方向性は基本指定あり
- 納期厳守・データ納品
- 担当領域や役割拡大に応じて評価・時給UP

月1回のリアルミーティング(参加必須)
月1回、名古屋オフィスでミーティング実施。
情報共有に加え、ランチをしながらの交流時間も設けています。
※ランチ交流は毎月ではありません。
※交通費は限度額があります。新幹線利用等、遠方の方はごめんなさい。
求める人材:
【必須】
- デザイン実務経験3年以上
- 紙媒体(チラシ・パンフ等)の実務経験
- Illustrator/Photoshopの実務経験
- Adobe Creative Cloudの作業環境
- ポートフォリオ提出必須
- Instagramに日常的に触れている方
- Slackで常にやり取りできる方(業務時間内)
- 在宅ワーク経験のある方

勤務時間・曜日:
9:00~18:00
上記の時間帯でシフトを確定しますので、勤務時間を相談ください。
※シフト自由(1日5h~応相談)
※月毎のシフト提出(毎月20日までに翌月分提出)
※週3日~応相談
※お子様の行事や家の事を優先できます。
※業務状況に応じて、シフト時間の変更をお願いする場合もあります。
※お子様の急な体調不良などでお休みもとれます。

土日祝休み
・お子様の行事や急な体調不良によるお休みや時短もOK
※但し、事前相談し要承認。業務進捗具合など関係者に共有。
