仕事内容
学校・企業・官公庁などの
送迎業務を支えるため、
運行が円滑に進むよう
調整・管理・サポートを行う仕事です。
総合的な運行管理業務(補佐~管理職候補)をお任せします。
- 具体的には…
運行計画の作成・調整、各種報告書の作成
お客様対応・窓口業務
車両の保守点検・維持管理、緊急時の対応
乗務員のシフト編成・労務管理・教育サポート
現場の運行フォロー、研修の補助業務

運行管理業務の流れを理解するため、
初期はサポート業務からスタートします。
運行計画の立て方や調整の進め方、
現場対応のポイントなどを、
実務を通して少しずつ習得
いきなりすべてを任せることはありません。
業務に慣れてきた後は、
運行管理や育成・マネジメントなど、
段階的に役割を拡大
お客様と現場を繋ぐ橋渡し役として活躍
配属先は各営業所の運行管理部門で、内勤ポジションも複数用意。

業務に必要な知識や進め方は、

- 普通自動車運転免許(AT限定可)
【 優遇 】
- 大型二種免許をお持ちの方
- 貨物や旅客の運行管理者の経験(超優遇)
- 総務・労務・旅客・運行管理などの実務経験がある方(業界不問)

※取得を目指し、運転業務にも関わりたい方は優遇
